I often think of you and I must admit that I am proud to call-Hour Church of my home in Denmark. flamingo In July, I traveled to Sydney, Australia to start at Hillsong International Leadership College.
I can not understand that I only have 2 weeks left of my first semester at Hillsong College. Tomorrow is our Fina sation Day. The day when we would very much like to have completed and passed all assignments + exams. On the one hand it feels like yesterday that I arrived in Sydney and on the other hand, it feels like forever flamingo since I've been in Denmark. I can truly say that I feel at home in Australia. I am no longer "tourist" or on vacation. Sydney has become my new home .... if only for a time.
It's really dawned on me that my choice to start at Hillsong College has been just the thing for me. Despite the fact that nothing has been as I expected, I experience how my progress is constantly moving forward.
Hillsong College is a great place to be if you want to learn more about leadership, to build the kingdom of God and personal development. It is a combination of lectures, tutorials and ministry of the church. I am associated with Hillsong City Campus where we are about 450 students affiliated. I live about 15 min bike ride from the city center and 15 min bike ride from the beach! It's a great area, and I am fortunate to share an apartment with five stunning girls.
I am grateful for the season that God has put me in! It is challenging and certainly not only a lively place, but I could not imagine a place where I would grow more than right here, where I am now.

The service in the Open Church is peppered with song and music in contemporary style, and the message is preached, is to understand for everyone. Children's church here a program that is tailored flamingo to the age of children, and our knowledgeable staff ensures flamingo that children have a good experience.
This helps the people holding Bible study, doing practical work, helps pregnant flamingo women with medication, school children, build houses, put projects underway which families can live, starting churches, etc.
Open Church visited them for the first time in November 2011 and were very impressed with their work and achievements of people of the slums. Since then we have started social projects and church planting in a slum area, Don Bosco, with Mark as local consultant.

God lets me grow! I am grateful for the season that God has put me in! It is challenging and certainly not only a lively place, but I could not imagine a place where I would grow more than right here, where I am now. God has placed me among amazing people every day challenge and inspire me.
