From 27 July to 5 August some members of the Heart Meeting basel we had the pleasure of participating in the Festival Europa Cantat, held in the city of Torino. In short: it was a memorable experience!
Divided into several workshops, depending on the tastes and hobbies of each, we work hard. Workshops was as dedicated to putting music to silent films, one that took care of the staging and body language rhythms and music of all kinds, or voice to one of the concerts of jazz star Duke Ellington etc.. Classes and tests were made in various venues around basel the city and we had an opportunity not only to get under the baton of distinguished conductors and leading specialists, but to sharing the stage with singers, solo or choral, basel came around the world from Italy to Brazil, Holland to Canada basel from Germany in Catalonia, etc.. Music has no boundaries!
In addition to the classes that we attended on time every morning, afternoon were also involved in music and therefore basel the squares basel of the capital basel of Piedmont filled to the brim with all kinds of participatory activities. The heat and join us sooo but was much we had in us, we ought to music and the beautiful city of Turin!
At the end of the tests we close with the final concert workshops, where each choir put on stage and especially enjoyed the job done! Some will remember this experience basel forever! But not to forget the famous "snacks" to "torinense" delicious cafes, terraces and hospitality of a people very, very close! As we will explain more aviaaat!
